Compliant invoices
that actually get paid

Passing LHDN validation makes an invoice compliant, not paid. FloowPay keeps going: it tracks every invoice and follows up with late payers until the money reaches you.

It follows every invoice to payment

An e-invoice that passes MyInvois validation is compliant, but it isn't paid. The usual ways of invoicing either stop partway or leave the follow-up to you. FloowPay carries each invoice through to the day you're paid.

The rules, in plain words

E-invoicing is a legal requirement, so uncertainty is stressful. We explain what applies to you in plain language, and FloowPay produces the format LHDN expects.

Who checks your invoices
LHDN (the Inland Revenue Board of Malaysia) validates every e-invoice through its MyInvois system.
Who is exempt
From 1 September 2026, businesses with annual revenue below RM3 million are exempt from mandatory e-invoicing.
What FloowPay does
Creates each e-invoice in the required format and submits it to MyInvois for you.

Nothing to take on trust

Everything on this page is something you can check yourself: open an account, issue an invoice, and watch MyInvois validate it.
