Welcome to Floowpay. By accessing or using our platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

2. Nature of Service

Floowpay provides a cloud-based SaaS platform for invoice generation, management, and submission to Malaysia's e-invoicing system (MyInvois).

Floowpay operates strictly as a technology provider and does not provide tax, legal, or financial advice.

3. Beta Services

Floowpay may provide services in a beta or testing phase. Please note:

• Services are provided "as is"
• Features may change or be discontinued
• Not intended for mission-critical use
• Floowpay shall not be liable for any loss arising from beta usage

4. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Comply with all applicable laws and tax regulations
• Ensure correctness of all invoice data

5. MyInvois / LHDN Intermediary Role

Floowpay acts solely as a technical intermediary enabling invoice submission to LHDN.

• No guarantee of submission or acceptance
• LHDN may reject or delay invoices
• User remains fully responsible for Compliant
• Floowpay is not liable for rejected submissions, tax penalties, or government system failures

6. Government System Dependency

Floowpay depends on third-party systems including LHDN and related infrastructure. Downtime or failure of such systems shall not constitute a breach of these Terms.

7. Fees and Payment

8. Intellectual Property

All rights in the platform remain the property of Rufadel Technologies Sdn. Bhd.

Users may not copy, reverse engineer, or misuse the platform.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

• Liability is limited to fees paid (if any)
• No liability for indirect or consequential damages
• No liability for regulatory penalties

10. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify Floowpay against any claims arising from incorrect data, regulatory non-Compliant, or misuse of the platform.

11. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts for:

• Fraud or misuse
• Legal risk
• Violation of these Terms

12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by Malaysian law.

Disputes shall be resolved via arbitration at the Asian International Arbitration Centre (AIAC), Kuala Lumpur, under the AIAC Arbitration Rules 2023, in English.

13. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
